The general executive director of Rompetrol Group, Dinu Patriciu, declared on Tuesday at Alma Ata that the real-estate market will continue to drop in the same rhythm as until now, with about 50%. In the beginning of this year he also declared that the real-estate market will fall with about 50%, which was exactly the case. In his oppinion, a built square meter could reach the same value as the economy average salary. Currently, a built square meter is 6 to 7 times bigger than the average salary, while in Cehia the value is 1,5 times bigger, and in Holland 3,5 times.
