Comfort 2 apartments, cheaper because of the crisis
Prices for comfort 2 apartments are dropping, and specialists are claming that the lack of credits will only determine their value to decrease even more.
In a few months, the price for district apartments has dropped with approximately 10.000 EUR.
The banks have decided to nolonger grant credits for homes of comfort 2 and 3, fact that will determine a decrease in the demand for this type of apartment or house. It is interesting that this decision is affecting a small market but with a verry big demand. Because of the small surfaces, many of those who really wanted a home were choosing for these options.This situation can be seen in the prices. Just a few months ago, apartment owners as well as studio apartment owners with 2 or 3 comfort were asking over 1500EUR / usable sq.m.
For studios comfort 2, in good districts like Drumul Taberei, Titan or Militari, with usable surfaces of 22-25 sqare meters, landlords were asking 50 000 – 53 000 EUR, but there were also offers of 60 000 EUR for such apartments.
