The real-estate transactions market is in a slow increase in the second semester of this year.
Starting with the second semester, a slight increase is present, compared to the first semester of this year, even if we are talking about an increase manifesting at the speed of a snail, but nevertheless in a pozitive direction. If some can wonder who will actually feel the difference, we can state that first of all the developpers have to benefit, since if they improove their state, they will also resuscitate everyone else. We cannot say for sure if the „First House” program is responsible for the change, but there is no doubt that his role is significant. In the previous period of time, many people have contacted realestate developpers and requested details concerning properties, especially apartments with 2 rooms, but still, most of them are not interested in new properties.

Though statistically real, acoording to real-estate analysts, this increase has no relevance.
