The beginning of this year is characterized by an increased interest for luxury properties, as compared with 2009. There are rumors of transactions of over 1.000.000 euro in the residential segment
In 2009, clients that had either cash or easy access to credits were in an expectative state. At the beginning of this year there is talk about acquisition budgets of up to 1.5 million euro and pre-contracts have already been signed.
In 2010, the market is showing signs of thawing, because there already are clients interested not only in obtaining a general market impression, but also to negotiate, according to the general manager one of the local companies specialized in luxury property transactions, quoted by Financiarul.
