A new 12 levels tower close to Piata Victoriei Square.

This June, Global East European Investment, obtained an authorization for construction of a business centre in Buzesti area. The modern building, with very high standards of facilities, will have 12 levels and will accommodate a large variety of companies with different domains of activity like financial, automotive, commerce, services, art etc. It will have a constructed surface about 35000 square meters and will dispose of 300 parking lots on its 5 underground levels. The company, who already owned the land, started the project but waited to get a secured occupancy before the launching of the construction, as a representative of the shareholder on the boards declared. The investment amount is approximately 30 million Euros.
